Hello and welcome! I'm Sonja Casady and was born and raised in Fairbanks, AK. I'm a teacher of 26 years and lifelong yogi. I'm passionate about using yoga to help those around me struggling with pain, stress and mobility. That led me to pursue a career as a yoga therapist. I've earned my 200 hour yoga certification, my 500 hour yoga therapy training, and am currently working toward my 1000 hour advanced yoga therapy training.

I am deeply honored to share the healing potential of yoga with you. No matter what your age or issue, I am excited to help. 

I am certified, insured, and serve clients in both Fairbanks & Harding Lake communities, as well as virtual appointments.
